Add Acquia Cloud Site not working

When I try to add an Acquia (free) cloud site I just created to the dev desktop, it is not adding the new site so I can clone it locally. I tried two different ways:

1. By going to Dev Desktop and clicking + Add Acquia Cloud Sites
2. By going to Dev Desktop and clicking More > Refresh Acquia Cloud Sites

Neither is working to pull down the test site I just created in the cloud. It is only refreshing the current site (which is a paid site)
